t has been a long time goal of mine to run the Boston Marathon. I am the father of 3 wonderful, but very busy kids with my wife of 12 years and a full time job as a trooper. Like most people between kids, home and work, life has felt non stop for the last 10+ years. I always told myself when things slow down I’ll do it next year. But by the time life slows this will be out of reach and no one is promised next year. So I finally committed and entered the drawing for the 2023 marathon and was lucky enough to be selected…so time to Forest Gump this. I have always enjoyed being physically active and pushing myself. I turned 40 last month and I miss the physical challenge of overcoming an extremely difficult event. I spent most of my 20’s in the military and with deploying I don’t think my knees have many running years left. Help make my goal a reality and support a great cause! I could not do this without support from my family and you so thank you in advance for any support you can give!
