My name is Gina Pedro and I will be running my first ever marathon this spring to raise money for Cops for Kids with Cancer. It is an honor to run on the Ironman Marathon Team to raise money for an organization that supports families during the toughest of times. CFKWC funds go toward numerous expenses to include: non-covered treatment or medications, travel and parking for the hospital, eating away from home, babysitters and possible home alterations. It is also the 10 year anniversary of the marathon attack on April 15, 2013 and it is humbling to run on the MSP team in memory of those who were lost or injured.
