My name is Mike McCabe and I am grateful to have been selected to the Ironman Marathon Team 2023. My entire personal and professional life has been in some way linked to the betterment of our children whether it was investigating crimes against them, teaching them or coaching them. It has been a personal goal to live for their enrichment. Luckily, these 60 year old legs are still carrying me forward. No child, regardless of circumstance, deserves a diagnosis of Cancer. If I can be a small part of easing their pain through treatment, prevention and cure, then running 26.2 miles for their benefit is what I am going to do.
