This year’s Boston Marathon will my 25th consecutive and 50th marathon overall. My daughter-in-law Katie will be my “coach” and running partner. Katie ran Boston in 2012 and is excited to be running it again. Last year I was running in honor of my dear friend DLT. Billy Coulter and that will be the same this year. Running a virtual race wasn’t quite the same but we still managed to raise funds for Cops for Kids with Cancer in Billy’s memory.
This year to commemorate my 25th consecutive Boston and again to honor Billy, Katie and I have set a goal to raise $5,000.00, which represents $200.00 for each Boston Marathon run. Every little bit helps, so please consider donating to the charity of which Billy was such a big part.
