Support Meghann Benesh’s Fundraiser!
This year will mark my seventh consecutive Boston Marathon. I’m honored to be running in support of Cops for Kids with Cancer & DLT Billy Coulter, a man who touched more lives, spirits, and families than he could ever know.
Billy used to say that when you cross the finish line you will have accomplished a milestone that will be in your obituary. I miss his humor, pride and expertise on race day – Expertise in way of telling us when people say you look great they are lying. Or to wear clean underwear on race day in case you have to visit the hospital. Billy used to end his emails with “do not worry about being undertrained, it will only hurt until you die.”
He shared with us his love for CFKWC, the MA State Police, the medals we earn, runs we complete and friends we make along the way. Thank you Billy and thank you CFKWC, for allowing me to run in your support. Cheers to 26.2!
