As an Official Boston Marathon Charity, Cops for Kids with Cancer is proud to field a team of dedicated runners who turn every mile into hope for children battling cancer and their families. Our marathon team members commit to raising critical funds that provide immediate financial assistance to families when they need it most. Every step they take makes a meaningful difference, and we are honored to have them represent our mission on one of the world’s most iconic marathon courses.
Over $4 million has been raised for Cops for Kids with Cancer from our marathon runners over the years. The fundraising minimum for Official Charity Team Runners is $10,000.
