Happy New Year! It’s been pretty quiet here since our race back in September. But I wanted to share a post with some updates and exciting news!
First, I’m so honored to remind everyone that our primary beneficiary for our 2022 event will be Cops for Kids With Cancer. HTTPS://copsforkidswithcancer.org We are excited to be working with Deputy Chief of Police Helena Rafferty of the Canton Police Department, who is the President of Cops for Kids With Cancer. Members of our community have been supported by this organization and the amazing work they do.
Secondly, below is a link to a short video of myself and Chief Christopher Delmonte presenting a donation to ProjectPACK from the proceeds of our 2021 event. Our most heartfelt appreciation to Tamara Spinney Dzialo and Pauline Spinney for the amazing work they do through this organization.
Lastly, registration is now open for the 8th annual race which will be held on Saturday September 24, 2022. All the details and registration is available at www.bpd5k.Racewire.com

On Thursday, 1/12/2023 – @ 2:30 – 3:30 pm. Fenway Park.
The Boston Police Hockey Club vs. Boston Fire Hockey Club,
will be playing on the Ice at Fenway Park. Immediately following (4pm) will be a gathering at the House of Blues , Foundation Room, Suggested donations of $20.00 will gratefully be accepted and 1/2 the proceeds will be donated to CFKWC and 1/2 to Boston Firefighters Burn Foundation.
SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT.

Annual John Dow Memorial Golf Tournament Monday, September 18, 2023 at Blue Hill CC with a noon shotgun start. Registration/Sponsor Forms can be found here on the website, linked below.
Forms need to be mailed to Mike Drummy with a check. (No Venmo or credit cards).

Chestnut Street Grille in Duxbury is hosting an event for Eddie Symmonds on February 27 from 5-9pm. The restaurant will be closed to other patrons so that Eddie’s community can come together to mix, mingle and check out some raffle items.
