All of us at CFKWC would like to give a SHOUT OUT to Mary Ann and all the Ladies at the SOBQFK- Who make and donate ALL the quilts for our CFKWC kids.The Quilts are included in the swag bags that we give to our kids at the time of their donations. Welcome to South of Boston Quilt for Kids Facebook Group! This is a private Facebook group created for discussing and sharing all things related to South of Boston Quilt for Kids. South of Boston Quilts for Kids is a local chapter of a national organization called Quilts for Kids. We make and deliver quilts to local charities and hospitals for sick or needy children of all ages. Some of the local organizations and hospitals we support are Cops for Kids with Cancer, The Appalachian Project, Bags of Hope,Boston Children’s Hospital,South Shore Hospital NICU, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, NIC Area Shelters, Sunshine Farm Sanctuary, and any children we hear of locally that need a quilt. Our mission at South of Boston Quilt for Kids is simple we want to love and comfort children within our community that are sometimes overlooked or forgotten by making and giving them small handmade quilts.
