Support Connecticut State Police Marathon Team’s Fundraiser!
Trooper Kazimera Morse
Trooper First Class Kazimera Morse joined the Connecticut State Police in December of 2014 when she graduated with the 124th Training Troop. It had been her lifelong dream to become a State Trooper; Kazimera grew up in Massachusetts with both her father and brother being members of the Massachusetts State Police. She would watch the Boston Marathon on TV almost every year and always got a rush of excitement watching the runners and the crowds cheering them on. Kazimera would say to herself “I’m going to do that someday.” Thanks to the Massachusetts State Police and Cops For Kids With Cancer, she was almost able to make that goal a reality in 2020, but plans changed due to the pandemic. To have another chance to run Boston this year is a blessing and Kazimera is beyond excited to step onto that historic course on October 11 and represent CFKWC. Thank you for helping us reach our fundraising goal and motivating us through each mile of training. See you in Boston!
Cindy Heisler – Founder of the Honor Network
I am so excited for the opportunity to run my first Boston Marathon to support Cops for Kids With Cancer. I am honored to be running as a member of the Massachusetts State Police Ironman Marathon Team with the Connecticut State Police! I hope you will join me in my commitment to raise money for the families of children who have been diagnosed with cancer. Let’s do this!
