Running my first Boston Marathon in October 2021 was such an amazing experience. The thrill of the crowd and the absolute chills I felt multiple times throughout the course was something I knew I couldn’t only experience once. Knowing every person running was about to accomplish something that is no easy feat, regardless of time, was clear from the looks of pride that was shown for one another while running. Running Boston is more than a marathon, it’s an absolute honor.
Being able to run in the city I love and being able to honor the life and legacy of Billy Coulter while doing so makes it even more surreal. I feel blessed to be running with The Ironman Marathon Team and raising funds for Cops For Kids With Cancer. Cancer does not discriminate; it affects people of all ages, including children.
My goal is to raise $6,000 for this very worthy cause. Any donation, no matter the size, will help me to reach it.
