This weekend Trooper Matt Covino, of the Massachusetts State Police, will be joining Troopers Lisa Hanley and Amy Jackman, of the Rhode Island State Police, as they participate in Disney’s “Marathon Weekend” in memory of Detective Lieutenant Bill Coulter.
Det. Lt. Coulter was an active State Police Trooper who passed away after a brief illness on September 30th 2019. He was an avid runner and participated in Disney’s “Dopey Challenge” every year.
