On July 19th , 2017 Bill Coulter and Ed McNelley , of CFKWC, made a donation to 9 year old Olivia Silva and her family at the Peabody Police Department. We want to Thank Chief Tom Griffin and all the Officers of Peabody Police Department, for going above and beyond for the Silva family. The Department provided a Police escort for Olivia from her home to the Station.
