This year I will be running my fourth consecutive Boston Marathon and am humbled to do so to raise money for Cops for Kids with Cancer. Unfortunately, cancer is a disease that hits virtually every home, every family and every individual in some way. It takes on a new form of evil when it attacks the youth of our society. By raising money I hope strides can continue to be made in finding a cure to this epidemic and ending suffering for all those who are affected.

I appreciate all the thoughts, well wishes, and pushes from everyone as I embark on this journey. If you are able and can contribute, it would mean the world to me and to this organization. Each step I take to 26.2 will be in honor of these kids and this organization .... and to be sure that the heroes from April 15, 2013, Boston's 117th Marathon, are NEVER forgotten.
