Troopers from the Andover Barracks were grateful to assist in presenting a $5,000 check to the Valentin family of Methuen on behalf of Cops for Kids with Cancer. Soleil Valentin, age 2, was diagnosed just over one year ago with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and the family was nominated for a donation to assist with their medical and living expenses. Cops for Kids with Cancer is a non-profit organization which has given more than $3.3 million to families with children battling cancer, which is raised through donations and fundraising efforts.
