Yesterday, the Jacobs family was presented with a $5,000 check at the Children’s Hospital in Boston. The family was also presented with toys and other gifts to celebrate Noah’s birthday.Assisting with the presentation was Officer Rachael Hall (Cops for Kids with Cancer Boston Marathon Team Runner)of the Everett Police Department.
